IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Yes, COD is available and we ship pan India.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes MAximum 5-7 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time.

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you with the tracking ID once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please note that the cancellation request needs to be raised within 12 hours of order placement.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

The Whole process of Exchanges & Refunds can take upto 7-10 working days.

Customers are requested to wait at least 7-10 days after picking up their order, after which the QC team will verify the validity of their claims and initiate the exchanges & refund.

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit.

In order to avoid fit issues, we request that you check the size properly as size varies from brand to brand.

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN'T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, Please CONTACT US Customer support team is available from 10:00AM to 6:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
