IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The order usually takes Maximum 3-4 working days to reach all the metros and tier II cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time.
HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you with the tracking ID once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Visit the How to cancel section on the bottom of this page to raise an order cancellation request.
- Submit the required details in the empty fields and follow the instructions.
- A confirmation email would be shared once the cancellation is approved.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Customers are requested to wait at least 7-10 days after picking up their order, after which the QC team will verify the validity of their claims and initiate the Refund.
These Refund days are subjected to differ if there is a weekend, Festivals, Courier Company Strikes, National holidays etc.
